Phoned up to get a quote on a stair lift for my partner's mum. Zoe came to her house. Done a complete survey. Very friendly and professional. Went through all the options and we ordered. A week later Shane came to install. Again very friendly and professional. Fully fitted stair lift in around 2 hours. Surprised on speed. But fitting them for a living shows. Even down to the changing of back cover to match seat as colour was slightly off. Showed us the full workings of everything on staiflift, double checked everything to ensure it was running right. Even payment was easy via card machine. I highly recommend this family run business. Their professionalism and friendly attitude far surpasses any larger company Plus their prices were exceptional too. Very good value.
Andrew DaviesA great experience using Droitwich Stairlifts. Very good communication with Simon throughout the process. A great price for the equipment fitted. The installation was very efficient and very happy with the end result. A really good company to deal with.
Martyn WhitingMy parents stairlift was experiencing an ongoing fault. Simon attended promptly, diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly and very reasonably priced. Customer service and knowledge were second to none. Many thanks.
Tim LewisWe recently had a stairlift fitted for my husband by Droitwich Stairlifts, and we are extremely pleased with the service provided. Although I wasn’t there during the installation, my husband was, and he spoke very highly of Brad. He described him as a genuinely lovely young man — professional, polite, and very considerate. Brad explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was left clean and tidy before he left. The stairlift has already made a big difference to our daily life, and we’re very grateful for the care and attention shown during the installation. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Droitwich Stairlifts to anyone considering a stairlift. Thank you again, Brad, for doing such a great job 😊
MableRecently had a stairlift installed by Droitwich stairlifts. From start to finish it was a stress less experience, lovely family business would not hesitate to recommend them. And Brad who did the fitting (top man) very efficient and polite! All working great!😊👌
