Owner and Technical Surveyor
Simon has more than 25 years of experience in the stairlift industry, including previously working for Stannah. As Owner and Technical Surveyor at Droitwich Stairlifts, Simon uses his extensive knowledge to help customers find the right stairlift solution for their home and mobility needs.
You’ll often meet Simon during stairlift installations, where his friendly and professional approach helps put customers at ease. Together with the rest of the team, Simon is committed to providing reliable support and excellent customer care from start to finish.
Zoe
Service and Survey Manager
Zoe joined the Droitwich Stairlifts team in 2025 and manages stairlift servicing and customer surveys. She ensures customers continue to receive reliable support and aftercare. As Simon’s sister, Zoe is an important part of the family-run business and shares the team’s commitment to friendly, personal customer service.
You’ll often speak with Zoe when arranging a stairlift service or booking an appointment. Her organised and approachable manner helps make the process simple and reassuring for customers and their families.
Katy
Office Manager
Katy has been a valued part of the Droitwich Stairlifts team since 2021 and manages the day-to-day running of the office. She keeps everything organised and running smoothly for both customers and the engineering team. As Simon’s partner, Katy plays an important role in the family-run business and is passionate about providing a friendly and supportive experience for every customer.
With a caring and approachable manner, Katy is always happy to help with enquiries, installations and general support, ensuring customers feel informed, reassured and well looked after throughout their stairlift journey.

Bradley joined us in 2025 and is our Installation Engineer, working and learning on the job with his Dad, Simon.
